y786 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to your y786 account balance in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money.
• Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for all y786 bonuses is 20x the bonus amount. This means a Rs 1,000 bonus must generate Rs 20,000 in qualifying wagers before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.

Any unauthorised use of y786 intellectual property may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws and will be pursued accordingly.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, y786 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

y786 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity.
• Suspicion of money laundering or any activity that may violate applicable financial crime laws.
• Account registration by a person under the age of 21.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory, compliance, or legal requirements necessitating account closure.

Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, y786 reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account, including any pending withdrawals, pending the outcome of any internal investigation. Where an investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, any legitimately earned real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
